Local Music at Flannery’s William Tell
New Glarus, WI -Amber Skies (past members of The Jug Prairie Band) from Belleville, WI. Will be performing at Flannery’s William Tell in New Glarus, WI on Saturday November, 28, 2009 from 8:30 -12:00. This is a show not to miss. Amber Skies is made up of some of the areas premier musicians. Vocalist Sara Rupnow, vocalist and keyboardist Steph Rupnow, bass guitar and vocalist Johnny Fahey, guitar players Andrew Pulver, and vocalist Rob Kosmeder, multi-instrumentalists & vocalist Bob King and Andy Ziehli, and drummer Matt Sarbacker make up Amber Skies.
The band plays a variety of music from Americana to Rock & Roll, including songs by the Eagles, Whiskytown, Fleetwood Mac, Emmylou Harris, Linda Ronstandt, Willie Nelson, The Grateful Dead, and Johnny Cash. There are five lead vocalists each with their own unique style.
Amber Skies is now booking jobs for 2010. Please come out to see them at Flanery’s in New Glarus on the 28th. You won’t be sorry that you did.
